Clay for everyone — we come to you!
Learning Clay is a program designed by 2Hands for elementary school teachers and their students. Comprised of three components, educators are sure to find the perfect fit for their creative classroom vision.
Thanks again for your great work. All the students had fun getting messy! Your professionalism and ability to captivate the kids is remarkable.
Teachers, let us know what your class is currently learning, and we work with you to develop and deliver an artistic session. Curriculum sessions give children opportunity to create a tangible/manipulative that represents the core of your lesson. Streams for both Junior (SK-JK students) and Intermediate-Senior (grades 1 through 8) are available.
Classroom clay adventures are all about exploration and fun! Children choose to create crafts that are close to their own hearts (or funny bones). These are the arts and crafts sessions that see piglets and turtles, owls and pinch pots spring to form. Students experience the joy of working with clay, discover form and colour, and also have opportunity to experience the anticipation and excitement of a great unveiling.
The Treasures component is the perfect choice for teachers who'd like their classes create beautiful, long-lasting gifts that students' loved ones are sure to cherish. 2Hands is happy to help the little ones in your class create art specific to those special days of celebration.
